Submit Documentation
Provide clear photographs of the item, the original price tag still attached, and a copy of your electronic receipt for verification.
Ship the Item
Once your return is authorized, securely package the item and ship it back to our boutique using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Store Credit
After our quality control team inspects the returned merchandise, a store credit will be issued to your account for future use.
